Our management team ensures standardized practices and provides data support. From receiving goods to order fulfillment and final-mile transportation, our Warehouse Management System (WMS) integrates all processes and channels for real-time inventory updates.
• Drop-shipping Services: Wecom Transit offers warehousing on both the East and West Coasts of Canada, strategically establishing warehouses in Toronto, Vancouver, Calgary, Edmonton, Los Angeles, and Mexico City. This provides quick and convenient access for border crossings, international ports, and North American consumers. Our distribution centers can accurately process large volumes of orders and deliver them rapidly to customers. We can complete order sorting and dispatch within 24 hours via express delivery or trucking.
• Shipping: Customers can easily upload their shipping labels through Wecom's Order Management System (OMS). We offer competitive shipping rates with various final-mile delivery providers, including UPS, Purolator, Canada Post, DHL, and Canpar. Customers can compare shipping quotes for their specific orders within the labeling system and select the most economical service. Once the preferred shipping method is confirmed, the warehouse receives the order, and the tracking number is generated in the system.
• Container Unloading and Trans-shipment: For shipments with different destinations, goods can be consolidated in one container. After customs clearance, the container is transferred at our Canadian warehouses (unpacked, sorted, and palletized) before being dispatched via truck to various destinations. We offer extensive delivery options across Canadian oversea warehouses at competitive prices.
• Final-Mile Delivery: Wecom Transit has multiple final-mile delivery options from oversea warehouses, including cost-effective trucking and fast local express delivery services without appointments. Our logistics coverage extends throughout North America.
• Reverse Logistics: For returns, label changes, or product returns to the factory, Wecom Transit provides a comprehensive reverse logistics solution across all its North American warehouses. This includes generating return labels, receiving returns, reporting on received returns, inspecting products or packaging, restocking/replacing/repairing parts, and repackaging for return via express or truck to your specified location.
